クロワッサン Croissant

このひどいクロワッサン。夜に作りだして，出来上がったのは朝の2時ころ。発酵十分してる時間なくてというかもう疲れてて，どうでもいいと思って形も何もひどいけど，層は結構うまく出たと思うから，次回はゆっくりと。
Look at these terrible looking croissants! I started making these after dinner, which was a big mistake. By the time I finished baking them it was 2 am! I was so tired and didn't want to wait for the dough to rise and stuff, so this is what I got. But I think I did pretty good with making the dough. I got pretty good layers. I'll try again when I have more time.
