動物園とベビーシャワー ZOO and Baby Shower

大学時代のルームメイトがボイシに来ていたので，彼女の家族と一緒に動物園へ行ってきました✨
My roommate from college was in town (She's from Emmett), so we spent the morning together at the zoo.

彼女の3人の男の子たちはウィリアムよりも年上だったけれど，みんなウィリアムによくしてくれて仲良く回ってました。
Her three boys were older than William, but they were all nice to him and they had a good time together. :)

こうして自分のことを覚えていてくれて今でも連絡を取ってくれる彼女のような良き友達に感謝です。
I'm grateful for having a good friend like her for remembering me and keeping in touch with me.

そして今晩は，ウィリアムと一緒にベビーシャワーに行ってきました。集まった人はみんなスペイン語話す人ばかり。ウィリアムと自分だけが唯一できなかった人じゃないかな。メキシコ人のベビーシャワーは初めて行ったけれど，これまで行ったどのシャワーとも違ってとても興味深かったです。
And tonight, William and I went to a baby shower. Everybody spoke Spanish (we were the only ones who didn't), and the way they (Mexican people) had the shower was different from any other showers I had ever been. It was very interesting. :D
