PetSmart ＆動物園 PetSmart and the Zoo

今日は月曜日で，ウィリアムがプリスクールもYMCAもない日。何しようかということになって，ウィリアムがずっと行きたがっていたペットショップ店（PetSmart）へ。
William doesn't have preschool or YMCA class on Mondays, and we decided to go to Pet'smart (pet shop) he had been wanting to go.


金魚やインコ，犬，猫，爬虫類，ウサギ，ハムスター，モルモットなどがいました。
They had some goldfish, dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.

ペットショップの動物を見終えて，まだまだ残りの一日たくさん時間があり，勢いで動物園に行くことに。前回購入した年間パスを使って楽しんできました。
After we were done with the pet shop, we still had lots of time until the end of the day, so we decided to go to the zoo with the annual pass we purchased on our last visit there.

ペンギンだけ見たいと言っていたウィリアム。結局ほぼ全部回りました（笑）

He said he only wanted to see penguins, but he changed his mind and we ended up seeing almost all the animals. lol

お土産に本も買いました。家に帰ってから，この本を自分で読む練習をしました。ウィリアム，最近簡単な単語が読めるようになってきたんです。自分で読めるっていうのがけっこううれしいみたいで，頑張って読んでました。
I bought William a book to read too, and William practiced reading the book by himself when we came home. He has started reading some easy words recently and did really good in reading the book. I'm proud of him. 

そして今晩の夕飯は，先日マリエラに教わった手作りコーントルティヤを作ってタコス！う～んマイウ～♪♪♪
And we had tacos for dinner tonight. I made some homemade tortillas I learned from Mariela two weeks ago. They were super yummy!

夕飯の後は月曜の夜お決まりの「家庭の夕べ」。レッスンにはイエス・キリストの3つのたとえのうちの一つのビデオを見て，活動にはマッチリングスというので遊びました。ウィリアムこれにはまってました。
After dinner, we had Family Home Evening as usual. For the lesson, we watched a video about one of the parables Jesus taught (about a lost coin), and we played with Magnetic Match Rings. William really liked it. (It was his choice. )
