緊急治療室 ER

今日は結構良い一日を送っていたけど，緊急治療室に行く羽目に。ウィリアム頬に5針縫いました。泣 　ブライアンの両親と妹が様子を見に来てくれました。ありがとう！

We were having a pretty good day, but ended up going to ER. William got five stitches on his cheek. Thank you grandpa, grandma, and aunty for coming over!

野菜成長してます！ Veggies are Growing!!

今日庭の畑を見てみたら，ズッキーニの花が咲いていました！トマトもたくさん実がなってきて楽しみ♪

I went to see our garden in the backyard today and found a flower on a zucchini plant. Also, tomato plants have more tomatoes now. I'm so excited! 

くす玉 Kusudama

最近ずっと調子が悪くてあまり身動きができなかったので，その間にくす玉を作ってはまってしまいました。なかなかかわいくできてうれしいけどこれこんなにどうしよう。

I was not feeling well for the last three weeks or so, and couldn't do much, so I made Kusudamas (kind of like ornament or wind chime without a bell). They turned out pretty cute, but I'mnot sure what to do with them.

植えたばかりのころ　When we planted.

先月植えた裏庭の畑の野菜たちがだいぶ大きくなってきました！毎日見ていて気付かなかったけれど，植えたばかりの写真と比べるとこのとおり♪

The vegetables we planted last month have been growing well! It's hard to notice when you see them every day, but when you compare with the picture from when they were just planted, you can tell how much they have grown. :)

スズメバチのわな Wasp Trap

昨日スズメバチを捕まえるためのわなを軒下に取り付けました。これで何匹捕まえられるかな。ちなみに左に写っている黒いのは蜂の巣です。

We set up a trap for wasps yesterday. I wonder how many wasps we can catch with it. By the way, the black thing to the left of the trap is a wasp nest.

ボイシ神殿 Boise Temple

先週日曜日に風邪になり，数日後に良くなったのでウィリアムと車で10分以内のボイシ神殿に行ってきました。もちろん敷地で遊ぶだけですが。風邪が強めだったけれどとても天気が良くて気持ちよかったです。

ところでその後帯状疱疹になってしまい，今もまだ発疹が広がって痛いです。早く治るといいです。

I got a cold last Sunday, but got better in a few days, so William and I went to Boise Temple grounds. It was a bit windy but very beautiful day to be out.

By the way, after that I was diagnosed as shingles. The rash has been spreading and my body aches. :( Hope I get better soon...

スズメバチ Yellow Jacket

先週スズメバチの巣を裏庭で見つけて1匹のスズメバチとともに捕えたところ，また昨日幾つも家の周りに巣を発見して，さらに二つの巣と２匹のスズメバチを捕えました。ウィリアムが外で遊ぶことが多くなって危ないので，できるだけ全部駆除できるといいんだけど。

I caught a nest of wasps last week in our backyard along with a wasp, and yesterday I found several more wasp nests and caught two of them along with two more wasps. I feel unsafe especially William started to play outside often, so hopefully we can get rid of if not all, most of them.
