今日は久しぶりに近くに住む友達（マレン）の家に遊びに行ってきました。ウィリアムと同じ学年の男の子もいるのでウィリアムにはちょうど良いです。そのお宅にティーピーがあってウィリアムは大喜び。うちにはないおもちゃがたくさんあったり，家もうちよりも全然広いし走り回って楽しんでました。友達がティーピーの型紙を貸してくれたので，ちょっと頑張って作る予定だけれどできるかなああ。。。
William and I went to visit our friends (Maren and her children) this afternoon. They have a Tipi (Teepee) that's handmade (my friend made it), and William was so excited to play in it. They also have so many toys we don't have and their house is much bigger than ours that William could run around, so William was so happy being there. Maren lent me the Tipi pattern, so I'm planning on making one for William, hopefully by ......Christmas.
今晩はパッタイと生春巻きを作りました。見た目はいまいちだけど，なかなかおいしくできました。（＾ｖ＾）
I cooked Pad Thai and spring rolls for dinner. They don't look all that great, but tasted pretty good!
