今日はウィリアムに朝早く起こされ(6時半頃),その後寝付けずにそのまま起きて(ウィリアムはまた寝ました),運動したりしたけれど,夕方にはかなり疲れてて眠くなってしまいました。ウィリアムは昼寝もせずに超元気。どうして毎日そんなに元気なのか。。。
William woke up around 6:30 and that woke me up. William went back to sleep but I couldn't fall back asleep, so I just got up and worked out and stuff. I was doing fine until late afternoon. Then I was super tired and sleepy. William wasn't tired at all. I don't know how he can have so much energy every day even on the days he didn't sleep well the night before.
今晩はメキシカンのお店で夕飯を買うことにしました。一応食に気をつけるべきなので(運動のチャレンジグループで健康的なものを食べるようにと勧められています)サラダを頼みました。グリルシュリンプ・チリライムサラダ。野菜がたくさんで動物になった気分でした。後で甘いものが非常に食べたくなって,朝食料品の買い出しに行ったときに買い忘れてきた餃子の皮を買いに行きがてら,クッキーを買ってきました!これが食べたかったの,ずっと!3枚食で210キロカロリー。サラダ食べた意味なし(笑)
Today Brian gave me a break so I didn't have to cook dinner. We got dinner from Baja fresh. Since I should be eating clean (I have been in a workout challenge group), I ordered a Grilled Shrimp Chile Lime Salad. It was pretty good except William wanted to have my Lime dressing to eat tortilla chips with, so my salad didn't have much dressing on. I felt like I became an animal eating all the salad. After dinner, I was craving for some sweets, but there wasn't anything in the house I wanted to have. So, I went out to a grocery store to buy some of the things I forgot to buy this morning and got some cookies too. These were exactly what I wanted! Just like girl scouts Samoa cookies! Yum!! I had three pieces which was 210 calories. So much for eating healthy dinner...
