スイスチャード Swiss Chard

今年畑にスイスチャードっていう野菜を初めて植えたのだけど，いつ収穫するかとか，どうやって食べるかも全然わかんなくてずーっとほっぽらかしにしてました。
So, we planted Swiss chard in our garden for the first time this year. I didn't know when and how to eat and stuff, so I just didn't do anything about it until today.

なぜか今朝収穫気分になって，全部畑から採ってきたらこんなに💦💦💦💦いろんな色があって綺麗✨✨
I went out to the garden in the rain this morning and somehow I decided to pick all the Swiss chard. There was a lot more than enough, but aren't they so beautiful with all the colors? 💖

知り合い3人にもあげて，夕飯の肉団子のスープにもたくさん投入したけどまだまだ残ってる～。食べた感じはほうれん草みたい。癖がなくてさっぱりしていてどんな料理にも合いそうです。
I gave some to 3 of my friends and used quite a bit for the soup I made for dinner, but there is still a lot left. They taste kind of like spinach. It doesn't have strong flavor and can probably be used for many things: stir fry, soup, salad, etc.

今晩はこのスイスチャードのスープとかつ丼。かつ丼は作るのめんどくさいけどいつ食べてもうまい！
So dinner tonight was the Swiss chard soup and Katsudon. It's a lot of work to make katsudon, but it's so good and totally worth the effort.
