アヒル Duckies

今晩は「家庭の夕べ」の活動として，家の裏に流れているかんがい用水路に遊びに来るアヒルを見に行くことになりました（ウィリアムが好きなので）。秋に水が止められてからアヒルがいなくなってしまったけれど，また水が通るようになってアヒルも戻ってきました。夜八時近かったけれどまだいました。で，そこでさあ帰ろうって訳には行かないんです。そこは小学校への裏口のすぐそばで，ウィリアムは校庭の遊具で遊びたがります。もちろん今晩もだだをこねました。15分ほど遊ばせて，すべり台などで真剣に遊んでました。笑

For the FHE activity, we went out to watch duckies by the irrigation canal that runs behind our house. We can't see them from our back yard, but it takes just a few minutes to get to the place where we can see the duckies. It was like 8 pm, but there were still some around. The place is right by the back entrance of an elementary school and William wouldn't let us come home without playing at the playground. He played hard coming down slides and stuff.

ところでこれはウィリアムが最近毎日何度もやるお気に入りのこと。ブライアンのネクタイを床に投げて散らばせる遊び。ブライアンにとってはかなり迷惑な遊びです。苦笑

This is William's new favorite game - to take Brian's ties off the rack and throw them on the floor. It's such an annoying game for Brian. lol

昨日夜疲れていて寝てしまい，ブログを更新できず。これは昼間教会の後にウィリアムがタワーを作って自身満々なようす。

I fell asleep last night before I could update my blog, but this was after church. William built towers and he was so proud of himself. :)
