今日は寒めの日で風邪も結構吹いてました。夜突然物音がして外を見ると，驚いたことに雹が！1，2分で止まったけれどこの時期におどろいた～。明日の朝寒くなりそうな気が。暖かい家があって幸せ。そう言えば，今月末で契約が切れるこの貸家，今日家の大家さんと合意を交わして，契約後この家を購入することに決まりました。持ちかけた金額で合意してくれてよかった。
It was kind of a cold and pretty windy day. In the evening, all the sudden I heard some sound from outside and was surprised to see hail falling! It stopped in a minute or two though. I might get cold tomorrow morning. Glad to have a warm house to live in! Oh by the way, after the lease ends which is the end of this month, we will be buying this house. We just made an agreement with the owner tonight. I'm excited!
