パンケーキ Pancake

今日は土曜日で，昨日の夜からウィリアムが朝パンケーキが食べたいというので作って食べました。ブライアンはいつものバターとメープルシロップで，ウィリアムもいつものバターとはちみつで食べました。
It was Saturday, and William told me last night that he wanted to have some pancakes for breakfast this morning, so I made some. Brian had them with butter and maple syrup as usual, and William had them with butter and honey as usual.

自分はというと，イチゴと生クリームを乗せたのと，バナナにチョコレートソースをかけたのを食べたくなって，一つのパンケーキを半分ずつ違う味にして食べました。ウィリアムにそれじゃ朝ごはんじゃなくてデザートだ，と言われてしまいました（笑）
I normally have them with butter and honey, but today I wanted to put whipped cream and strawberry, and banana and chocolate syrup, so that's what I had. William told me mine looked like a dessert, not a breakfast. lol


ところで寝ている間に雪が降ったようで，外は真っ白。さらに午前中また降りました。知らない間に近所のだれかが我が家の家の前の雪かきをしてくれていたのでしなくてすみました。そんなにたくさんじゃなかったけど，ブライアンも自分もまだ風邪引いてるのでありがたかったです。
By the way, it snowed overnight and it was white outside when we woke up. And it snowed more in the morning. Thanks to one of our neighbors (don't know which one) who had shoveled our driveway before we went out to do so, we didn't have to shovel. We were grateful since we were still under the weather.

今日は外は寒いしまだ調子もいまいちだし，家の掃除したり，ビーズでオーナメント作ったり，ウィリアムと遊んだりして過ごしました。何か月も遊んでなかったのに突然昨日から機関車トーマスで遊びたがって，居間の床めいっぱいに線路をつなげて遊んでいます。
Since it was cold outside and I was still recovering from cold, I spent a day inside, cleaning, trying to organize the house, playing with William, etc. All of a sudden, William started to play with Thomas' train tracks again (He hadn't played with them for months). We put train tracks using all the room we could find on the living room floor. 

その合間にバタートップというパンを作りました。今日のはちょっとはいい感じにできました。
And I baked some bread today. This one turned out pretty good.

それから夕飯は簡単にサラミピザ🍕何作っていいか分かんないときや面倒くさいときはピザ助かる。ウィリアムもこれなら食べるし。
And I baked salami pizza for dinner. Pizza is very easy to make, so it's very convenient when I don't know what to cook for dinner or don't feel like spending time on cooking so much. Plus, William loves it too.

明日はクリスマスイブ。とても寒い一日になりそうです。今現在夜の12時ころでマイナス8度以下。😱明日の朝どうなってるんだろう。。。
Tomorrow is Christmas eve. It's supposed to be really cold. Right now it's almost midnight and it's -8 Celsius already. I wonder how cold it's going to get in the morning. Brrrr.
