忙しい一日 A Busy Day

日が変わってしまったけれど、今日（8月16日）はなかなか忙しい一日でした。
It was a pretty busy day today (8/16).

午前中は去年根幹治療した歯が痛んでいたので歯医者へ。また金曜行くことになりました。
In the morning, I had to go the dentist because one of my teeth I had a root canal done last year had been hurting. I have another appointment on Friday. :(

午後は図書館での読み聞かせの時間にウィリアムと行ってきました。終わりに紙皿と紙きれを使ってカメを作りました。
In the afternoon, I took William to the library for the story time. At the end, kids made a turtle with a paper plate and pieces of paper.

家に帰ってきてひと段落したら、今度はウィリアムを近くの日本人のお友達のおうちにあずけてわたしは来週から始まるウィリアムの音楽のクラス（Let's Play Music）の説明会に。
We came home for about an hour and then we had to head out again. I had a meeting for the William's music class (Let's Play Music) which is starting next week and I couldn't bring him with me, so I left him at one of our Japanese friends' house.

説明会は一時間で、家に戻ってきたらもう6時でご飯のしたく。今日はブロッコリーとチキンの炒め物を作ったけれど写真は撮りませんでした。
The meeting lasted for an hour and by the time we got back home, it was about 6 pm and I had to start cooking dinner. I cooked teriyaki chicken & broccoli but forgot to take the picture of it.

ご飯のあとウィリアムがパンツにウンチをしり、それがもとでいろいろあってウィリアムにブチ切れてしまった。時々ほんとウィリアムは頑固でやってと言うことまったく聞かなくてイラッときます。そのくせやらないでと言うことはがっつりやってくれます、ウンチをパンツでしるなとか！
I got so mad at William tonight. He is just so hard to deal with sometimes. He gets so stubborn and wouldn't do anything I tell him to do, but does things I tell him not to do like poo in his underwear!! grrr!!!

ということでイライラしてたので、育児放棄して、寝かしつけはブライアンにまかせ、ビーズのオーナメント作りに専念。先日からコツコツ作ってこんなにできました。なかなかかわいい～♪
Since I was so mad and was totally done with William, I just let Brian put him to bed while I worked on making Christmas ornaments with beads. I have been making these since last week and there are 8 of them now. They are pretty cute. :)
