穏やかな日 Slow Day

今日は月曜日でプリスクールもなく、ほかに何も用事もなかったので、ウィリアムと一日ゆっくりすごしました。ウィリアムの機嫌がどんな感じになるかなあと思っていたけれど、比較的穏やかに一日過ごせたのでよかった～。
Monday is a slow day for us. William doesn't have pre-school or anything, so we didn't have to hurry and get ready in the morning, and spent a day doing whatever. I was worried how William would behave today, but he was pretty good today so I didn't have to get mad that much.


今日は朝からフォームブロックで遊びました。
William wanted to play with foam blocks first thing in the morning.

そしてもちろん紙人形劇のやつ。（まだ写真載せてなかったですねえ～そういえば。）
And of course, we did the puppet show. (I haven't posted the pictures of the puppet huh.)


それから明日の音楽のクラスの宿題もちょっとやりました。宿題と言っても音楽を聴いたり、ベルをたたく練習したり、遊びのようなもんです。
And we worked on homework for music class tomorrow. It sounds hard, but we were just listening to some music and practiced bells and stuff.


今日はたくさん名前を書く練習もしました。音楽のクラスの宿題で３週間前に名前を書かなくてはならなかった時をきっかけに、名前が書けるようになって、だんだん上手になってきました。大文字小文字が混ざっていたり大きさが微妙だけど（笑）
And William practiced writing his name a lot today. Since he had to write his name for his homework for the music class starting three weeks ago, he learned to write his name, and he is getting better at it. He uses both upper and lower cases, and the size of the letters are not all the same, but I'm pleased with his progress. 

そして、今日の夕飯はマーボーナス＆豆腐丼。我が家の畑で採れためっちゃ小さいナス二つ（親指サイズ）をマーボー豆腐にプラスしておいしくいただきました。
And we had mabo tofu & egg plant bowl for dinner tonight. I threw two really tiny eggplants from our garden into mabo tofu. It was yummy. :)
