風船ロケット Balloon Rocket

昨日からはまっている風船ロケット。何度も風船を膨らますのが面倒くさいですが、一応ウィリアムが楽しんでくれてるのでよしとしよう。
William has been into the balloon Rocket since yesterday. Glad he is having fun, but I get tired of blowing up the balloons over and over.

それから自分がはまろうとしたけど撃沈したのがこれ。デコバージュの石鹸。全然きれいにできない。筆が悪いんだと思うので今度別の筆を買ってやってみようっと。
And I tried to decoupage on soap bars, and it didn't turn out all that good. I think I needed to use a different type of brush. I'll go buy a different one and try again.

そう言えば、昨日はスペイン語を教えてもらいにマリエラのところに行ったのだけど、メキシコから親せきが遊びに来ていて、プリスクールの先生をしているというマリエラの姪っ子さんに、スペイン語のRとダブルR（rr）とLの発音を特訓してもらいました。なかなか難し～い！マリエラとマリエラの親せきの人たちが話してることほとんど分かんなかったし、簡単な自己紹介とかウィリアムが３歳とかそのくらいしかスペイン語で言えなかった～。これは習得までにかなり時間かかるわ～。
Yesterday, I went to Mariela's house for a Spanish lesson. Her relatives have been visiting her from Mexico and I got to meet them. One of them was Mariela's niece who is a preschool teacher in Mexico, and she taught me how to pronounce R, double R, and L in Spanish. It was so hard for me. Besides that, I could hardly understand when Mariela and her relatives were talking, and the only thing I could say was like my name, where I'm from, and William's age. It'll take me forever to be able to learn Spanish!
