サッカー教室最終日 The Last Day of Soccer Class

今日はウィリアム最後のサッカー教室でした。6回の練習のうちに結構いろんな意味で成長したなあと思いました。最初はぐずって一人では何もしなかったのに、最近ではウィリアムなりに先生の言うことを聞いてなんとか頑張ってやっていました。秋からのクラスにまた申し込めたらいいなと思います。
Today was the last day of William's soccer class. After the 6 classes, he made so much progress. On the first day, he wouldn't do anything without me by his side, but gradually he would participate without me, try to listen to the coach's instructions and follow them. I hope I could register him for another one for this fall.

サッカー教室の後はいつものとおり公園の遊具で遊びました。でも今日はちょっとだけ。
After the soccer class, we played little bit at the playground.

その後家に戻ってお昼ご飯を食べたら、今度はCaldwellへ。ウィリアムのいとこのエジソン君の誕生日パーティー（友達編）がありました。誕生日パーティーのテーマは車だったので、子供たちはおもちゃの車でレースをしたり、段ボール箱で車を作ってそれを身に着けて外で障害物競争したり、おもちゃの車が乗ったカップケーキを食べたりと、楽しい時間を過ごしました。
Then, we came home to have lunch and headed to Caldwell for Eddie's (William's cousin) birthday party. The theme of the party was cars, so kids played with toy cars, made a car with a box and did obstacle course with it, and had a cupcake with a car decoration, etc. Kids had so much fun. :)

今晩はスイミングレッスンがなかったので夕飯ゆっくり作れました。チンジャオロースーもどき。。。牛肉の代わりに豚肉使用。
And we had stir fry for dinner tonight. I didn't have to hurry and cook since there was no swimming lesson tonight.
