スイミングレッスン Swimming Class

昨日からウィリアムのスイミングレッスンが始まりました。月～木まで一回２５分の計８回のレッスンです。昨日はまだ初めてだったこともあって、水に顔をつけるとかいったことはできませんでしたが、私が抱っこしながら一応水には入ってくれたし頑張りました。今日はなんとか顔を水につけることもできました。というか私が無理やり顔を沈めたのですが。同じクラスに登録している友達が写真を撮ってくれました。
William's swimming class started yesterday. It's M-TH, 25 minutes/class for two weeks. Yesterday, he didn't want to put his face in the water, but at least he was fine being in the water while I held him. Today, he was able to put his face in the water...well, it was more like I put his face in the water and he had no choice, ha ha. Our friend whose kids are taking the swimming classes at the same time took some pictures of us. :)

ちょうどスイミングレッスンが夕飯の時間なので（６時５分から６時半）先に夕飯を作っておいて、帰ってきてから温めて、待っていてくれているブライアンと一緒に食べるというのが２週間続きそうです。昨日と今日はプルコギ。いつ食べてもおいしい♪
The swimming class is around dinner time (6:05-6:30 pm), so I cook dinner before we leave and heat it up when we come home and eat with Brian who has been waiting for us. Dinner last night and tonight was bulgogi. It's always yummy!

もうおとといの話になっちゃうけれど、日曜日の家族とのディナーの後にウィリアムのいとこのエジソン君の４歳の誕生日をお祝いしました。また今週金曜日には友達を呼んでの誕生日パーティーがあるそうで行く予定です。
On Sunday (2 days ago), we celebrated Edison's birthday with family (Eddie is William's cousin, born 6 weeks earlier than William). There will be another party with his friends this Friday, so William and I will be going to it.

小さいので袋にすっぽり（笑）

ディナーから家に戻ってきたときにはもう１０時に。それでもまだこんなに明るいんです。子供が早く寝ないわけです。
It was already 10 pm when we came home from family dinner. Can you believe it's this light at 10 pm?! No wonder kids don't want to go to bed early!
