正月3日目 3rd Day of the Year

今日は新年3日目。2日目までが微妙な感じだったので今日はどうかなと思っていたけれどやっぱり大変でした。
The 3rd day of the year was tough as the first two days.


まず，昨日詰まったトイレのつまりが直らず。。。ひたすらスッポンを使って直そうと試み。それでも直らないからネットで調べて，重曹1/2カップとお酢1カップをお湯を便器に投入して1時間ほど放置してスッポンでつまりを取るというのを試みて。。。
We still had a clogged toilet from last night. I tried to unclog it with a plunger many many times, but it wouldn't work!!! So, I did some research online and found a way to unclog the toilet. You put 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1 cup of vinegar, and warm water (can't be hot water) in the toilet, and let it sit there for like an hour, then try to unclog with a plunger.  


待っている間にシャワーを浴びたら今度は浴槽の水はけも悪くなっていて，ガーン😨水道管がきっとつながっているかもしれないから，もしかしたら浴槽の方のやつを直したらトイレも流れるかもとか勝手に憶測して，まず浴槽の水はけをよくする作業に取り掛かることに。
While waiting for an hour, I took shower and now our bathtub got a drainage problem!!! I thought may be the two pipes were connected somewhere down there, and thought if I fix the bathtub problem first (which was easier to fix), I could get the toilet unclogged. So, I worked on the bathtub and fixed the problem.


それが終わってからトイレをまた挑戦したら流れたー！！(*´▽｀*)　午後一時のことでした。朝からほんと疲れました。でも業者さん呼んで直してもらう必要なくてよかった～。
Then I tried to unclog the toiled with the plunger and this time it worked!!! It was 1 pm. Hours of hard work was payed off. I'm glad that I didn't have to call a plumber to fix it.

今日も寒い一日。夜はベイクドポテトスープにしました。ポテトベイクしないのにこの名前。なんでだろ。おいしいから別にどうでもいいけどね。
It was another cold day here, and was a perfect day to have a baked potato soup for dinner. I like how it's called baked potato soup when you don't bake potatoes. lol It's so yummy so I don't care about the name much.


今晩から明日の夜にかけて雪嵐の警報が出ている模様。明日出かける予定があるけどたぶん行かないだろうな。学校とかも休みになると思う，っていうか，なってほしいです。
There is a snow storm warning from tonight to tomorrow night. I hope Boise school district will have a snow day so I don't have to go to William's YMCA class in the snow. Even if we don't have a snow day, I will probably stay home...
