寒波 Extremely Cold Weather

ここのところ毎日ほんと寒いけど，今日はめっちゃくちゃ寒くて朝からマイナス20度以下💦はんぱなーい！今日は一度だけ郵便物を取りに外に出ただけ。顔が凍り付くかと思った。

It has been very cold, but today it was extremely cold! It started out with -4 degrees. Unbelievable! I only went outside when I went to check the mail. I thought my face would get frozen.


昨日寒い中でのかまくら作りの影響で，今日は喉の痛みと頭痛で一日が始まり，ひどくならなかったけど一日不調な感じでした。今日もスノー・デーで学校はお休みなのでウィリアムと一緒に一日過ごしました。
I woke up with a sore throat and headache this morning. I was so stupid to be outside for freaking two hours to make the igloo thing yesterday. I didn't get worse during the day, but wasn't feeling all that great today. It was another snow day today, so William and I spend time together all day inside.


今日したことと言えば，夕飯のピザを作ったことくらいかな。
One of the only things I did today was to make pizza for dinner.

最近ほんとうに体重がやばいことになっていて，ちょっと真剣にダイエットしないと，と思っています。でも食べるのやめられないんだよね。
I have put so much weight over the holidays and seriously need to be on a diet! But I can't stop eating! Help!


そういえば，昨日新しいだるまを出しました。古いだるまに二つ目の目を入れて。。。
By the way, we got out a new daruma yesterday. We put the second eye in the old one, and...
